Having instant access to up to date reports is crucial for managerial purposes, as well as in times of emergency and to help reduce down time. Efficiency, productivity and lives can easily be lost if a proper reporting system is not put in place.  Touchsafe provides filtering of most reports for desired attributes, providing real-time essential information to management.  Touchsafe Reports can be viewed on the Touchsafe Kiosk, TouchTough Consoles, existing workstations, smart phones and Tablets. Touchsafe Reports can be totally customised to meet your site’s needs and are crucial for any access control systems.  Some common examples of reports are:

 

 

On-Site Report

This report displays the current “On-Site Time” of all Visitors, Contractors and Employees.  If anyone is onsite over the maximum designated time e.g. 14 hours, appropriate personnel are automatically notified via e-mail or SMS.  The onsite time is configured for individual sites and is set by the site administration.



Emergency Response Team (ERT) and First Aid Team Report

ERT and First Aid Team Reports display a list of names and phone numbers of relevant personnel as well as their onsite status.



Skills Profile Report

Skills Profile Report allows management to search for onsite personnel who possess tickets or skills in certain areas.  This report is crucial for reducing down-time and is an extremely fast way of locating the correct personnel.



Incidents Report

Incident Reports display a detailed list of mine site incidents that have taken place.  This report can be used as a training tool.



Drug & Alcohol Selection Report

The Drug and Alcohol Selection Report allows management to view when drug and alcohol tests have taken place and who were randomly selected.  Touchsafe also enables administration of the drug and alcohol testing by randomly selecting users to be tested daily.  The randomly selected names are e-mailed to appropriate personnel.
